We have an on-call schedule for our team 24/7. We setup the advanced call handling rules to route to the correct salesperson and backup for the whole week as per their schedule. Currently if we have to view the setup, we have to go into each time slot separately. It would be nice to be able to view the rules laid out in a calendar, so if we set an overlap in time slots by mistake it would be easy to see. It would also be easier to enter the schedule every week if we could view it on a calendar layout.
