Viewing Messages (voicemail, texts, faxes) Using the RingCentral App

  2. A brief description of the business: NA
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Accessing messages using the RingCentral App (Glip) is not user-friendly compared to the RingCentral Desktop and Mobile Apps. User needs to go the "Call" icon to view messages using the RingCentral App which causes confusion. A typical user will go to "Messages" to view messages (voicemails, faxes, SMS). With the new app, going to "Messages" will route a user to Glip (chat, create teams).
