Viewing mobile number information in contact screen on soft phone.

Feature Description: Give the softphone and mobile app the ability to show all phone numbers related to a user. Right now the app only shows the direct # and the users extension. If the user calls another user from their mobile number the caller ID does not relate the two and instead shows "Wireless Caller". 
Use Case: This could be used when a user calls in from their cell phone and instead of the caller ID saying "Wireless Caller" it would display their name.

Yep.  I'm interested in this solely for using the softphone as a reliable directory for our users.  Currently you can find mobile information for users by using the company directory on the website without being an admin.  If they have a mobile phone number filled out under themselves as a user it will show there.  But the softphone does not display the mobile number on the contact page.

Jim, can you add some additional detail to this feature request? 

Are you referring to what is shown on the Contact Details screen in the Desktop App?

Are you wanting it to show all company numbers, or can you explain what you mean by related numbers? (keep in mind, some companies will have dozens, or even hundreds of numbers)

In the app when you look up a user that is in RingCentral it displays Their extension and right below that is the direct dial. It would be helpful if the mobile number and any other numbers in that screen displayed in the contact menu. I tried to create an example of what it would look like below.

Thanks Jim.  Thanks for the details so you're mainly asking for the mobile number to show up, correct?  If you assign other company numbers to that user, they actually do show up there.

Which ones are you saying come through? I just added my cell phone number to the home field and it still doesnt show up in the software client.

I believe he's referring to multiple direct numbers to the user.  So if you had a user with two desk phones each with a direct number you had purchased through Ring Central, both would show up under the user on the Softphone.

Correct Deis,   If you add additional company numbers, then assign them to that user, they will show up. But, not the cell phone number. So... we'll leave this post as an open feature request for others to vote & comment on.

To expand on this topic, could we also see this information on desk phones? It would be great to show the user name for all source numbers associated with the end user.
