Why wont RingCentral cover USVI and Pueto Rico? Insted put them on intrnational. I'm loosing a RC customer to Vonage because they cover those areas.

Can you add this request to the Idea topic: Add International Dial-In Numbers

This way it will be seen by our Product Team, as they are constantly evaluating what numbers to add.

Hello Tracy,

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by RIngCentral does not "cover" the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. If you have a U.S. toll free number from RingCentral, it is only provisioned for the U.S. and Canada. This being the case the Virgin Islands and Puerto are not able to call the toll free number.

However, they should be able to call any local number that you have on your RingCentral account without issue. Please let us know if this is the issue that you are having and we can look into creating a feature request to add the Puerto Rico and USVI to our toll free number provisioning.

Thank you,
Nate Malone, Tier 2 technical support

Hi Nathan, what is being implied is that calls made from the USA CONUS to the Virgin Islands (US) and Puerto Rico (US) are charged a per minute fee vs being bundled as a free local call like the rest of the states.

This is false advertising. Your website clearly offers unlimited calling within the US and Canada. There are no asterisks or exceptions listed. I've Printed it to PDF and emailed it showing it said that when we signed our contract. We expect to be credited for all calls to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands during the term of our contract.
