Virtual Hold Callback

Please add the ability to have a Virtual Hold Callback:  Giving callers the option to be automatically called back as soon as an agent is available instead of waiting on hold.  Many airlines are doing this and stats are showing a higher satisfaction rate.

Is there a way to add this feature to an Office account instead of upgrading to CallCenter account? I would pay ala-carte for this feature in my current account.
