With the new format for the online version of ring central the number of unheard voicemails and voice mails for each extension are missing. As the admin for the account I should be able to see the voicemails for each extension, both played and unplayed as was once on the online version. This revision of the online app has caused a great deal of problems and loss of valuable time making sure no messages are missed. The way you have is set up now, one has to log into each extension to see if there are any messages to be replied to. This is a simple feature you took away that helped me manage the extensions. Please put it back.
While we are on the subject, if there is any way the admin can access any of the accounts messages without having to login each time to listen. If you could add that as a feature of the admin account it would help also. But at least put the counts for played and unplayed viewable on the user list. Thank you.
