Voicemail Issue in a Ring Group

We are no long able to send a call to voicemail when you are in a Ring Group. Only the account holder can use the softphone "Voicemail" button. Which means all of the 6 other people in the Ring Group cannot. It is very frustrating because no one is assigned to the main account because it is a mainline to our corporate office. Does anyone else find this incredibly annoying! This is a result of the most recent update. Before the update it was working.

Hey Lombardi, could you explain how the RingGroup is set up? How many people are in it? Are they using desk phones, softphones, mobile apps?
