voicemail preview message is horrible!

The voicemail preview that is sent to our email is terrible. I provided an example below: 

"Andy Smith effective is about to return the call to Alex from so if you could tell us you can you please call Mark. 202-7240. I have a question about that the policies that your purchased from you guys. I'm calling about the last possible. Okay. We have coming up. It's not you know, I cuss 100 yesterday. Thank you very much bye."

We had Mitel before you guys and their voicemail preview text in the email was so much better, please get this fixed!

Hi Rayanna, there are many things at play here that RingCentral will not have any influence on such as the caller's accent, speed of speech, and annunciation (to name a few).

Thank you for your response. Then how come other phone systems that we have had in the past did not have this issue, what software do you use?

Hi Rayanna, I can't say why you had a different experience with the other system.

Does this happen for all of your voicemail preview emails? Or have you just noticed it a few times here and there?
