Voicemail to text not always showing in App

Hello, I upgraded my service to the Enterprise level yesterday to get the voicemail to text feature. All of my voicemails are showing up perfect with text in my Mac app, on the website in the portal as well I have been getting it by email, but with the iPhone app it usually is not showing up in the message. Anything I am missing there?

Hi Jamie, 

The only scenario that I can think of where the text conversion won't appear is iff the caller hung up and/or the message was very short (just a few seconds), then of course it won't capture and convert anything.  

Can you double check that you are on the latest version of the mobile app, check the length of the message and see if it's very short,  and that any messages you are looking at were received after your account was updated.  

If you already done all of this, you'll want to open a support case and include the date, time, call details so we can research this.

Thanks Mike. Yeah it's strange, I get the notification that there's a voicemail but when I go into the voicemail in the app, the text conversion doesn't ever show up. If I log in on my mac desktop app it shows there as well as on the website and I get it in my email as well. I just tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, after reinstall the old voicemail text conversions show up so I'm thinking it's fixed...but I just got a new one and it's the same thing, only showing up on the old ones and not new ones

That sounds strange. I would recommend opening a support case if you have not done that already. Be sure to include a screenshot showing the date, times, messages etc.
