Voicemail to text transcription for Call Queues and Message-Only Extensions

A voicemail left on a call queue or message only extension should be transcribed and sent to indicated email. The transcribed message would appears in the body of the email, along with the phone number and an attachment of the recorded message as an audio file. My understanding is that this feature is only available on "User" type extensions which is problematic when using an email to case workflow in a CRM environment and trying to maintain an independent user voicemail destination
