Problem - We use Single Sign On (SSO) and an employee has left.  We want to transfer all their past voicemails to supervisor or other staff.  What is the best way to access an ex employees account to forward their voicemails?  From speaking with Support we are told you must log in as the user to do this.  We can't do it from the Admin portal.

as an admin, you can reset the pin and/or password for any extension on the back end to access the voicemails. what is about the SSO that prevents this?

Hi Chris, give this a try:

Log into admin portal.
Click on Users.
Search for user (do not click on the user)
Click on the number under the column “Msg.” Ex: 2/2
Enter in user password.
You then have access to the voicemails for that extension.

If you do not know the users password you can change it under the users detail section in the extension details.

The problem is we use Single Sign on.  That password option to change doesn't exist when you have SSO setup.  It uses their previous password prior to us enabling SSO.  This was confirmed by tech support.
