How do I block calls when the ID is "No Caller ID" ?

Our main corporate line seems to be getting spam voicemail from a line that indicates "No Caller ID Available". We are getting 5-10 per day and the message is always blank and lasts just a few seconds. Also, the phone never actually rings. The messages just show up with no audio. Any thoughts?

No caller ID or uknown or unlisted
is what i am getting with 'no' phone number'
some are even listed in name & in phone columns, no numbers just alpha.

You could block calls with out caller ID information. This is just a check box in the call blocking section.

Try this and see if it works for you

Put this in on the Admin extension to block calls coming to the company number

Should be easy to test since you are getting these on a regular basis
