If you are using a desk phone, this can be set on a per user basis. Go to your (or the user who wants this) call handling & forwarding setting and select incoming call info. You will see an option to then this on or off for call queue calls. I think the only time you cannot disable it is if you are taking queue calls on your mobile or other non-RingCentral device.
