Warm and cold transfers between mobile app users

We use only use mobile devices. The problem we have is when we transfer calls between mobile app users, not only can we not do a warm transfer, but the pre-recorded auto-receptionist message is played again to our clients which is unnecessary and unprofessional.

Can the system not recognise internal transferred calls within a company/ring central account and only play the auto-receptionist message on new inbound calls to our company?
