Was the "Interrupt Audio" option removed?

On the "Audio while connecting" setting, there used to be an option to interrupt the audio periodically to play a message. I am trying to use this option to inform our clients to keep holding on the line but I can't seem to find it.

Can you please show me how to access this option or tell me when you will add it back?
