  2. Retail - 30 Departments
  3. Automated "This call is recorded message" for specific users instead of all or none. 
  4. One department doesn't have to have an automated message, one department does. 
  5. Departments that verbally mention the call is recorded and also those in states where you don't have to mention it can go without the message while others use the message.
