We can see it by setting up the Presence of your phones.

DND direct to the Polycom will not show up on our Presence.
It needs to be toggle between RingCentral App or RingCentral Mobile App.
That is normal behavior if you just simply press the DND on their hardphone, it will not be synchronized.
