We need to see the DND status of extensions on our Polycom VVX 601 IP Phones.

We need to see the DND status of extensions on our Polycom VVX 601 IP Phones. We can see if another extension is on the phone but need to see if they are on DND or not.

We can see it by setting up the Presence of your phones.

We do have the Presence selected for every user's phone, and we can see if the user is on the phone but the DND that they selected directly on their Polycom phone does NOT show up on the Polycom display that we see for every users.

Hello Kathy!


DND direct to the Polycom will not show up on our Presence.

It needs to be toggle between RingCentral App or RingCentral Mobile App. 


That is normal behavior if you just simply press the DND on their hardphone, it will not be synchronized.
