We would like to get on board with RingCentral!

We have Digital PRI system and we would like to get rid of That. 
One thought is to go with Ringcentral phone systems. 
but I am worrying about internet Outage. If Internet is down then we will be dead in water. 

by the way what is uptime for RingCentral system itself? Do they mention in agreement?

I've been with RingCentral for 4 years and have never had an issue. If your Internet connection goes offline, you can use a mobile device to answer calls with the RingCentral app or forward calls to a cell phone.

I can Confidently say you should have any problems

Thanks Rob. we have been using Ring central number for 2 years but we use only for incoming calls. 
We will need data connection to configure our Ring Central extension to receive calls on cellphones
 in case of Internet failure.

Keyur, stable platform, excellent customer service.  with VOIP you will always be at the mercy of your ISP, however as Rob stated...  you DO have the ability to forward calls anywhere in the world from and or to your cell phone.

Thanks for helping out here Rob & Dustin.  Right... even though all users are at the mercy of their ISP, if you have an iPhone or Android, you can always resort to the Mobile app as an option if your main ISP goes down.
