Hi Tracy, my sincere apologies for your trouble. If you are still experiencing issues, do you have any open cases with us?

Hello Ben,

Over the past couple of weeks, we've been having precisely the same problem; namely: a lot of dropped calls (approximately 60% of all incoming calls). We either need to get this problem fixed, or else we'll need to change phone companies.

Might you possibly be able to help us?

Sincerely,
Andrew Baker

Hi Andrew, are you local to Chicago.

I have been helping RC customers with all sorts of issues. I have to say that mostly when dealing with dropped calls it is a local network issue.

I am local to Chicago so E-mail me so I could assist

Thank you

Hello Chuck,

What do you mean by a "network issue?"

We've had the exact same phone set up for the past three years. We've changed nothing. Ergo, we conclude that the problem is with the RingCentral, not with us.

Cheers!

ok, in my experience in dealing with many customers dropped calls, the issue is a local area network problem. Mostly in the router or increased network traffic of something like that If you think not then I can't change your mind.

I know how to trouble shoot these things and every time someone tells me that there have been no changes on the network there always is.

I am here is you want to try and trouble shoot

Thanks

Chuck

Not sure if you were able to connect with Chuck - if not, we do have a QoS team that can assist with these sorts of issues. If you visit the Contact Support page (http://success.ringcentral.com/RCContactSupp) to create a new case and describe your problem, you will be connected to a QoS specialist for assistance.

We are having this problem as well and it is adversely affecting out business too. We asked for help, were told to reboot our phones but it did not help. If it is not resolved soon we need to find another phone service. This is really unacceptable.

Hen, please contact me directly as I could assist with your issue. I have been helping people with these types of issues as it is almost always a local network issue.
