We are trying to send faxes but we are unable to send due to no scanner options being available. When we go to scan, nothing is there and we are unable to find scanner

Hello Allmon, here is a KB support article on faxing from a scanner.  It should be a TWAIN compliant scanner or multi function device.  PC based support only.

I am having the same issue.  When it comes to selecting the source for a scanner, there is nothing there.  Softphone is not finding my HP Printer/Scanner.
