I have notifications set up to receive an email for all incoming texts, but how do you receive all out going text messages?

Is there any plan to bring the Ringcentral Data Archiver to Google Drive? I don't really use Dropbox.

Title says it all. When I have Google Drive connected as our archiver after a few days I find multiple companies folder structures from other companies. I spoke with a few of these companies and they too report the same issue

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Ability to Archive Text messages.

Like Gmail or google voice can we have the ability to archive text messages so that only the current messages that need attention are visible. And archived conversation threads return to the forefront, when either the recipient sends another message, or we send the recipient another message.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Reviewing faxes as Administrator.

The Administrator should be able to view ALL company faxes without having to login to a specific extension.

Currently you can search all incoming faxes by extension over various time frames but to see the actual fax you have to login to the extension that the fax was sent to and enter the extensions specific password.

If it must be this way, at least let the Administrative password override the user password request so that we don't have to keep track of multiple user/team member RC passwords.

The team member responsible for receiving faxes is out of the office today and I just wasted an hour to retrieve this fax.

UGH!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Faxes to be sent to folder on computer.

I am requesting a new feature whereby my faxes will be going in a folder on my computer instead of my email in this way I am going to save time and decrease the number of steps required for chart uploads which is currently too long ,I contacted by EMR provider for a time and effort saving steps and the only way to do it would be through changing the settings to downloads to a computer folder,i hope that feature is added with the next update in june ,2015 as I am pleased with your service and would hate to shop around for another eFax provider who would be willing to provide me with this feature.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Create a directory for faxes to be downloaded directly into a folder on my comput....

U.S. account, We use RC as our pharmacy's phone and fax system. it becomes more and more cumbersome and time consuming to have to print all new prescriptions that come in as fax before in taking in the pharmacy software, we are on the point of searching for an alternate provider. The easiest fix will be to automatically download incoming faxes from RC in a folder on the desktop and our pharmacy software will create a gateway and will upload those faxes in our pharmacy system.

RingCentral re-released the ability to download call recordings to Google Drive about a month ago.  Thus far, it has been a nightmare.  I had a phone conference with a RingCentral employee a few weeks ago and thought that I would be hearing back from that person but have not yet.  What is going on with the connection between RingCentral and Google Drive?  Is RingCentral working on fixing it?  It seems that RingCentral should be focusing more resources on solving this problem, as I am sure it is important to many of us.

What problem are you having with it?  I admittedly don't pay much attention to it and don't record calls, but I did enable it some time ago and just looked in my Google drive now and see all kinds of archived voicemail, SMS and fax messages.  Is there a specific issue with only call recordings you are having?

Everything is a jumbled mess.  Best I can tell, it is not depositing incoming calls into Google Drive.  It is creating all kinds of random folders.  It is not creating folders for each user.

-You will be redirected to our Customer Care Center page where you will click Contact Support

-Scroll to the bottom of that screen and your cases will show :)

I have gone through the process provided by Saaded, but I cannot find the case number.  This needs fixed ASAP.

Here is the information that I could find regarding the call:

RingCentral meeting invitation - Jason Spindler's RingCentral Meeting - https://meetings.ringcentral.com/j/1496992231

Please get this fixed, so it is of benefit to the users.

Hi Jason, the issue is fixed from coding perspective but we would need your help to clear up the messed folders for you. Could you kindly check your inbox for a request from us and advise if you could rename the existing folders and let us know once it's done? Thank you.

You say to "check your inbox for a request from us".  What inbox are you talking about?  Are you talking about my email?

I can't speak for Rose but, "yes", whenever I have heard from RingCentral support it was always to my account's registered email. If you are not the System Administrator and are not the person who receives emails from RingCentral, then it would be whoever that person is.

I am a super administrator.  It is my email address that all communications should be going to, but I do not have any new messages from RingCentral.  I am advised that the problem is fixed, but I need to know how to implement the fix.

You can archive everything to your own server with SFTP. That sounds like what you are after.
