What do "invisible " mean on the contact section for the person

What does " invisible" mean when I type in the contact name there's a button below and it says " invisible".

It means they have set their settings to Accept No Calls

I believe it means the contact has set their status to invisible (as opposed to green/available, red/busy, red w/line/do not disturb).  Our status can be changed on our RingCentral for Windows box at the top by clicking on our sign-in phone number.  I am not sure exactly what that means for calls...maybe any calls have to go straight to VM, but it obviously does't let a caller call them as well.  I would think the DO NOT DISTURB would be the same, so not sure the difference between the two.
