Q: On my deskphone I see user rmvd (User Removed) where my name should be. What does this mean? How do I fix this?A: This simply means that the desk phone is not connected to a Digital Line on your account. Therefore, it cannot pull any information and provision to the RingCentral network. To fix this, simply assign that desk phone to a User. The phone will be under Phones & Numbers -> Unassigned
