Porting: display number on e-mail confirmation

It is very important, when we have completed the process of the transfer/port of a company phone number into RingCentral, is to receive the email with the notification, including the phone numbers involved...

I am in 100% agreement with Claudio on this and have raised the same concern with everyone involved with the porting process at RC.  This is truly a pain in the rear.

And it is so simple to fix it... is just a matter of modifying the email template...

More communication throughout  this entire process is needed. The lack of real communication, during each step of the process caused myself and my team much anxiety. This resulted in a few issues that could have and should have been avoided.

In my case, we would have been able to catch the early port of my main number. We would have also caught the missed numbers at the end by seeing a complete report of the remaining numbers on the accounts.

Again, 100% agree.  I port tons of numbers, with multiple carriers, so I know it can be done (albeit with the other carriers).  I know the people at RC try, but need to set their "bar" higher than ankle high/

Transfer request emails and web page are close to useless. I currently have about 20 open porting requests. You send me emails for updates, but they do not contain the telephone number that is porting, so the emails are 100% useless. Also, the web page- if there is only one number porting, then display that and the confirmed or pending date in the list instead of having to click through.
