When I call my office, I get, Please Enter Your Password and Press Pound.

When I call my office sometimes, I get, "Please Enter Your Password and Press Pound". It's intermittent. It is a RingCentral Message. They checked for Rules. We don't use the Auto Attendant.  We have just three phones at that office. Cisco IP phones. Not sure of the model. It has happened to several of our employees and clients. Tech support cannot figure it out. Any ideas?

Hi Kim,

My apologies that you and your company are experiencing this issue. Are you pressing any other numbers after you call the line?
I looked at your account and saw that you did not have AutoAttendant setup for custom greetings, just as you had mentioned. While I continue to look into the possible cause and solution, I would recommend opening a case using the link below, and see if support can help you with this issue as well.

Hello, we got it fixed. We finally set up our AutoAttendant and it works perfectly now.  thanks for following up.
