When I ring out from the web portal it chooses "work" number and shows my cell phone rather than my desk phone. How do we change this? I want the web portal to ring out on my desk phone. Cisco IP spa504g
I ran onto this too. Not knowing if RC is going to fix or not, I did a work around. Add your Cisco phone under your Call handling and selecting "Add Call Forwarding Phone". Then it will appear in the Ring Out.
