When using the mobile app (with VoIP turned off), we get "This service does not allow calls to the number you have entered...."

When using the mobile app, either iOS or Android, (with VoIP turned off), we get "This service does not allow calls to the number you have entered...." then it asks to enter the "number you wish to call". 

This is happening across our entire company, with anyone using the mobile app.  Turning ON the VoIP setting does seem to fix the issue, but since VoIP is so unreliable for us, this is not a permanent solution.

Did you notice if it's doing something strange like adding a "1" or "011" to the number?  If so it might be related to the new updated. Try logging out of the mobile app, then logging back in and that should fix the problem. 

If that does not work, let us know.

Actually it looks like we need to uninstall / reinstall the app for the issue to be resolved.

The issue is back suddenly.  We can't keep asking our users to uninstall/reinstall the app everyday.  Please advise.
