The RingCentral Legacy Softphone will be phased out by November
1, 2015 

We encourage all users to update to avoid complications in the future.

If you wish to upgrade to RC Desktop, you will need to uninstall the Legacy Softphone first. Then, log into your RingCentral account (under your extension not admin) and click the Desktop Apps link shown here.
