Whitelist calls from other RC extensions (BUG REPORT)

It is possible to configure a user extension to block all calls except for those explicitly whitelisted.  I recently tried doing this but ran into a problem because I could not whitelist other RingCentral extensions on my account.  It did not work to enter the phone numbers corresponding to the other extensions. When I tried whitelisting the extension numbers instead of the phone numbers, that also failed because RingCentral would automatically prepend a "1" to the extension number.  If I enter, say, "22" as the phone number to be whitelisted (and given that I am located in North America), "22" is automatically changed to "122" which does not work.

There is a workaround if you are trying to whitelist an extension number that itself begins with a "1".  In order to whitelist 12, I can enter "2" and when the prefix "1" is added, I end up with the intended "12".  This is the workaround your representative came up with for me.  It will work for now but it is obviously not sufficient if you have extensions beyond 19.

I would like you to (a) fix the bug so that any extension number can be entered on the white list and (b) consider a feature to include a check-off box saying "whitelist all RingCentral extensions on this account".

Thank you.

I would also add that by being unable to whitelist other RC extensions, the user is also unable to call his own extension in order to retrieve voicemail.
