Why did you update your Users interface?

why oh why did you update your Users interface I am so lost. All I want to do is add a new person to incoming forwards w/out add typing in their # @RingCentralCare

Why wouldn't you have the option for classic view in the portal when updating the portal?  The new design makes it more difficult squeezing in more data into a smaller window.  you couldn't widen the columns before and now you made it even smaller.  Make the individual users window populate into another tab or window, so you can actually view all the data.  Here is just an additional idea, maybe ask you users what would make their lives easier before laying this pile of trash out on them.

We used to be able to change the e-mail address in Messages & Notifications section.  Where is that located now?

Under Messages and Notifications click on Settings -> Edit

Once on this screen you will click the Customize Notifications
