Why my ring central desktop app is showing as ALL white? No option to click on the incoming call. But I can see my app is blinking but no option to answer since I can't see any button to answer the call or even make any calls.

What version of RingCentral Desktop are you running? Have you already looked to see if you are on the latest version, and if so have you tried to reinstall yet?

Desktop Version 7.5.4.18772 And yes done with uninstalling and reinstalling

Try to clear/delete the contents of the RingCentral App Data folder. See the file path in the image below. Delete all the contents in the "Softphone" folder.

If you can not see the folders shown in the file path, you will have to go to Folder Options > View > and click the radio button that says "show hidden files & folders".
