@RingCentralCare Is it a known issue that wifi does not work while desktop app is up on a Mac? Any ETA for fix?

Hey Adam,

Could you provide more information? Do you not have WiFi when the Desktop App is pulled up and active on your computer - but once exited out your WiFi is back?

Or are you simply having issues with connectivity while using WiFi?

I am using the desktop app on my Mac with Wifi now so I don't suspect this is a known or widespread issue.  If you can provide some more details about what you are seeing maybe we can help here.

Have you tried things like rebooting, disconnecting and recounting to your wireless or any other troubleshooting yet?
