We have a group set up so that during business hours it rings simultaneously to four phones.  We want to be able to set the system up so that after a certain number of rings the caller can leave a voicemail. Currently the caller must wait one full minute before they can get to voicemail.  It would be nice if this  setting could be  based on number of rings instead of by time (where minimum is 1 minute). If there is a way to do this we have not found it – is there?

On mine, the shortest wait time is also 1 minute, or "Don't wait".

This has been brought up 9 months ago in another thread. Ringcentral replied 4 months ago saying essentially "yea, we hear you, but...deal with the 1 minute or no minute"
