Would like inbound calls have phone number and Caller ID info, be added automatically to the Contacts. OR some sort of import feature?

U.S. account. Online business providing secure phone/fax to therapists in their private practice for HIPAA compliant counseling.
Several requests for inbound calls to have the phone number and Caller ID info to be automatically added to a 'temp' folder for contacts to approve to automatically be added to their Contact list. Or have a check box next to inbound calls to be added to Contacts vs. manually adding them as they come in. Also along the same lines of having an import feature for existing contacts (csv file) to be uploaded to the system.
