Would love to have a way to differentiate incoming calls from calls that are transferred within our system. That way we would know if it is an important call that was directly transferred to us or just a general call
Hi Crystal, I agree that would be helpful. For now, you could choose blind transfer (Caller ID of the caller will show up on the phone of the person you are transferring to) or consultative (Caller ID of the user transferring the call to you will show up).. Your choice of options here might be a viable workaround.
Chris is right. We do have some similar threads. We can merge this if we need to. There is another request for custom ringtones which could be used for a variety of things. Were you thinking of custom ringtones, or some other feature to differentiate the calls?
