Wrong time in Text Message

Hello, when I send a Text Message using RingCentral App for Windows and received an aswer by mail  the time show as Received is not my current time. Any idea why??

Check your extension and account regional settings to make sure they're set correct, seems basic but sometimes these things slip through the cracks

To add to the above, keep in mind there are two different times on text messages received in your email (if that is selected in your notifications). 

The red time in the example below matches your user settings.
However, the purple time is from RC servers (no way to change).
