Yealink Transfer to Voicemail

Is Ring Central working on the transfer to voicemail feature for the Yealink T46S?  It is really frustrating to have to call someone and have them put their phone on "do not disturb" so that I can put a call to their voicemail.

Please get this feature fixed ASAP! It is hard running a business with this issue!

How is this not a feature already? I could do this on my 10+ year old phone system. We just got Ring Central last week and seems like they have plenty of advanced features but are missing some of the most basic features. Please add this feature. Thanks.

You may want to take a look at an attendant console.  Bridge Operator Console provides these features for users, and is designed for front desk works, making it superior to a desk phone.

My firm uses the workaround outlined by Justin Rampy here:

The timing of when to push # is tricky, but it works.  I usually just push # until I hear the voicemail, then hang up.
