3. Adding our company directory to a couple of Yealink Wireless Handsets. Yealink supports "Remote Phone Book" from a directory URL, However RingCentral currently does not support this option, only the ability to download the user list... which is not able to be transferred to the phones.
4. Phone rings, need to transfer to an employee, but the wireless handset does not have a directory for us to transfer too. Instead, we must run back to our desks, find a paper print out of the current directory and dial the extension manually.
5. It is very important that we have an up to date directory, extensions and info frequently changes and it is not feasible to add and remove contacts one at a time on multiple handsets. The benefit of having a cordless phone is to leave our desk areas, where extension lists are usually kept.
