Your new ringcentral softphone is horrible and not for business use. Why should I have to click then wait to find the dial pad?

The new softphone lost this feature in comparison to the previous version. This is a shame.

Note that you can highlight any number in any window and press F6, and that will snap RingCentral to the front with that number prepopulated in it. Perhaps that's what you're looking for?

Marco, what he and others are saying is that now it no longer calls the phone number for you AFTER you hit F6. Yes it does snap the number to the softphone but then the rep has to click on the phone to dial.
