This testing tool has been buggy for days, 404 errors and issues starting and viewing reports. Can you please escalate this to the team responsible for this system? I need this fixed so that I can provide data to Verizon about our issues.

Hi Dennis,

I'm sorry you're running into issues. I'm having the team look into this now.

Can you tell me how long this has been happening?

Thanks.

The tool has been having issues since last week and still is not working even today.

Do you not monitor this critical tool? It is the only tool you have for customers to test and find issues with their VOIP connections. In our case we have not had reliable phones for a month now and we need this tool to identify the issues and share them with Verizon. Without the data, Verizon will not help us, they keep saying their connection is fine.

Hey Dennis, I'm not sure how the tool is monitored but I agree - we should have caught this.

I've been having the same issue, regardless of browser, java version, etc. Java window just sits and spins.

Until RingCentral fixes their tool I have found the following tool just as good if not better.

http://myspeed.visualware.com/index.php

Make sure and click on a server that is yellow, then click on the top right to choose quality test. The VoIP test is good but so quick that it may not catch issues. The quality test will give you lots of detail.
