Hold music not playing

Intermitently when our retail stores put a caller on hold it is not playing our Hold music. It is playing our Call Queue Record Group Name instead. I have tried to duplicate this to get call examples for Ring Central Support but I have made Hundreds of calls and cant duplicate this myself but I am getting stores telling me customers are complaining it is very annoying.

Please HELP! Support will not assist unless I have call examples.
