open app but no dial pad, etc...

I am running ringcentral app on my windows 10. At some point, the app start spinning and spinning but nothing showed up. I uninstall it, download the app again, installed and the same issue. I reboot the machine and no luck. I am not connected to a network, I tried to turn off all norton features and still the same issues. The ring Central meetings is working fine. Any hints?

You need to sign in to use the app, and to sign in, you need to be connected to a network.
Hey dave, you definitely need to be connected to a network (internet) and then I'd follow up with your IT department to see why your computer isn't able to open the app.
