Paging to group with phones and Cyberdata SIP device

We have a page group with both desk phones and Cyberdata device and when paging this group the desk phones work but the overhead speakers do not. In troubleshooting with Cyberdata we made a group with just the paging device. Trying to page from the desk phones to the test group receives a unexpected network error message BUT when paging from the RC mobile app on a cellphone this group works (using *84+groupnumber) and the page is heard from the overhead speakers. We initially thought it might be a firewall issue but since it works from the mobile app I think that is ruled out.

Any thoughts on what might keep the desk phones from using the Cyberdata device?
