I need help getting my number ported in, I cant seem to get anybody on the phone to understand me

I cannot get anyone on thew phone to understand that I am not getting my number ported, any better options?

Ring Central's support is incredibly incompetent. I have the same problem. I have given RC all the information about how to port the number but they can't figure it out. Canceling RC!
