Not yet. I am check internally to see if it's a U.K sandbox account limitation or not but have not heard back from the team. Will give you update asap.

I have the same issue on Sandbox. I am trying receive recording ids from API but I cannot as I have no option to record (on demand). Button in phone application is disabled. I also have UK account. On production it works ok but I need it on sandbox for further development.

no, when i click record button automated voice says, on-demand call record disabled.
After turn the on-demand call recording on, can you logout and login again and try with the button. I know that pressing *9 is not working and I am investigating it.
If the recording button still does not work. Give me your sandbox account id or name.
