Evan after enabling on-demand call recording in devtest, it doesnot record the call after pressing *9 or record button during calls

Can you record using the Record button on the RingCentral Desktop phone app?

Not yet. I am check internally to see if it's a U.K sandbox account limitation or not but have not heard back from the team. Will give you update asap.

Meanwhile, if you need to test your app for meeting the graduation requirements, I can help manually graduate your app. Let me know

I have the same issue on Sandbox. I am trying receive recording ids from API but I cannot as I have no option to record (on demand). Button in phone application is disabled. I also have UK account. On production it works ok but I need it on sandbox for further development.

no, when i click record button automated voice says, on-demand call record disabled.

After turn the on-demand call recording on, can you logout and login again and try with the button. I know that pressing *9 is not working and I am investigating it.

If the recording button still does not work. Give me your sandbox account id or name.
