Need remote Access during Screen sharing in RingCentral Video

When the remote access will be back? This needs to be added as soon as possible since there are tons of us still working from home.

I was told by RingCentral Support that giving permission on a remote session is no longer supported on the latest version of RingCentral video remote sessions.
Is this true?
Why would you get rid of this great feature?
Could you please put this feature back ASAP.

Hi @Michael Bouchard The remote access feature was not available in RingCentral Video when it was first released, but we are waiting for an announcement if it will be added in this quarter. We'll keep you updated!
