Is there a way to use click to dial on numbers in an excel file? I am using the RC desktop app for Microsoft 365, FYI.

adding call to for excel database phone numbers is a number 1 request for me

This isn't an RC/VoIP/UC feature - this is something that needs to be added to excel if you wish to click to dial. You'll need to set your Windows callto/Tel protocols as Mary mentioned, but you can make simple "call to" formulas yourself in Excel. This is not available. Click to dial launch when you click on any telephone or fax number on websites that support callto:, Tel:, and fax: protocols.
