Client wants to make it easy to send a page. Either add the page to the Company Directory or Forward an extension to a page extension.

Although there is an option to add the Page extension to the Employee Directory, this function does not actually exist. You cannot add a Page extension to the directory (confirmed with RingCentral support).

So the second thought is: Can we forward a virtual extension to the page extension? So far I am not seeing a way to do this.

The way we do it is change the page key macro in the phones web settings to be *84*[page extension] but without the brackets. So if the page group was 55, it would be *84*55

If they have multiple zones, you can add quick dials to their phone if they have lines available.
