cant add an admin- add button greyed out

When trying to add an admin to my account the add button is greyed out. i can only select cancel. just setup ringcentral for faxing with this plan. RingCentral Fax1500

I can add guests by invite but not an admin

These can be robocalls. Here's a KB article with information in response to RingCentral's effort to mitigate robocalls or unwanted phone calls.

Hi Alberto, you may only add an admin by creating a user extension through the Admin Portal. Please see the article below to know the difference between guests and members.
