Can you do a template for Ring all at Once? Or do you have to go through 100+ phones of the company doing it manually?

Yes, you can! First, you need to create or add a Call Handling Template. Once created, you may go to Call Forwarding and Voicemail. Select Ring all at once under Incoming Calls, then click Save.
